Flavoured Tea & Cakes.

So this semester has been a very busy semester whereby I have been elected as the vice-president of my hisbah,(not to shabby eh? *wink wink*) and believe it or not, this could may be my very last semester here in CFS before I leave for the Main Campus, insyaAllah.
Between studying and preparing for Main Campus,I have been busy planning our little hisbah event which will be,wait for it...a tea party! Not bad eh?The idea came surging through my brain as we were discussing about the themed event and I thought: girls love to gossip(no offence) so why don't we do an event whereby people can catch up with their fellow mates and have sip of flavoured tea and munch cute little pastries? So on with the show...

Pink and white balloons for decoration!
The theme was baby pink, white and baby green.Kinda resembles a baby shower but it was so cute!We bought rose-scented floating candles and placed it in flowered-shape mini bowls filled with pink or red water (pink water for the darker shade of the rose-scented candle and red water for the lighter shade of the candle).Instead of having tables,we decided to go for a tea party/picnic vibe by having pink and white carpet, one for each room with their own floating candle. The dress code consists of dresses and skirts only,no pants! *girlish laugh*

One of my chefs and awesome friend :)
As for the food,me and my three mini chefs have worked our asses of salving the hot stove and burning oven and came out with a very satisfying outcome. Our food consisted of adorable mini muffins with pink royal icing on top, brownies, red velvet cupcake with cream cheese on top, carrot cake with cream cheese on top, bitter chocolate cookies, truffles, fruit and chocolate flavoured pudding and a delightful chicken mayo sandwich, washed down with peach and rose flavoured tea.

Roomates.
