Jacket Potatoes.

via eatdrinkkl.blogspot.com/
Went out with Azeem today and boy was it good.We had lunch at Wondermilk at Citta Mall in Damansara.Ever heard of that? Not too shabby.I love the interior,so abstract-ish!And the food was heavenly. Can I just give a round of applause to the chef cause the jacket potatoes were delicious? It reminded me of the jacket potatoes that I used to have for lunch in Kingsbury.I ordered myself a tuna & cheese jacket potato while Azeem ordered some beef & cheese jacket potato. The potato was just nice.It was warm and buttery, just the way I like it,and the cheese melted away due to the heat.Get the picture?Bet you're jealous.Teheee ~
Afterwards,we went to visit Izat in Taylor's and it was just like high school again. We hanged out at McDonalds andjust talked like we used to.I don't know if its just me but I swear Izat seems like a hippy now.His hair is unkempt and he actually wore one of those beanie hat (which kinda looks cute on him since he has that dopey look) and he's taller than before.Very gangly like his bestfriend Azeem (why am I not surprise there?).Hanging out with them made me feel like the 3 idiots were reunited once more again (don't deny it Azeem),besides I can't call us the three musketeer cause I'm a girl, not  guy.Get my point?
After bidding goodbye to our dearest friend,Azeem sent me back home but of course like always,I forced him to stay at my house till my mum comes back (hey it's courtesy to invite your guest to have some tea and snacks). Not to my surprise,my mum made him stay longer and treated us all to Baskin Robbin's and guess what?Coincidently,it is the 31st of May and you know what that means?31% discount for all purchases at Baskin Robbin's.I got myself a nice Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream and since it was packed with people, the smallest size they had was the quartz.I almost cried with tears of joy.And not just that, for some reason my mum didn't feel like cooking so she decided to treat us all with McDonalds.
My best friend tonight *smiles*

Can my day get any better?I hope so *laughs* I am a happy woman tonight.

P.s. I actually gained weight!Which is good cause I'm no longer underweight *victory dance*

VIA TWISTEDTHEORY

What's On My Mind?

Honestly speaking,I don't know what is up with you these days.I feel like you're drifting further and further away from me and frankly,I don't know how I'm supposed to feel about that. What happened to the funny and random conversations that we used to have? What happened to the cute and sweet messages that doesn't seem to exist anymore now? What happened to the best friend who used to tell me everything so that I can understand you? What happened to the boyfriend who said that we'll have no secrets between us?Do you even remember that?I'm not pushing the blame on you but if it's my fault then talk to me.Tell me what I'm doing wrong.Just talk to me.

Mind Blowing!

The DVD!!

Today is the awesome 1D screening of Up All Night:The Live Tour DVD with other first come first serve merchandises from the UK!As a directioner, obviously I went *smug face* Went out of the house at 11am and got stuck in this awful traffic and yet we managed to get there at 12pm (approximately).First thing I saw was this long queue of girls just waiting for the event to start. It was amazing!Everyone sang and screamed "One Direction" together. One thing I completely hate though was the annoying fangirls.Wouldn't stop shoving me and cutting queues *annoyed look* Well the good thing was I managed to get my hand on the Up All Night:The Live Tour DVD.Watched it just now with my family. It is freaking awesome!

I look like a dork but who cares? XD

Vincent Van Gogh-The Starry Night(1889)

This post is dedicated to the picture above. Why?Cause this is the exact picture that was hanging in the art room that I used to go to for art class.Every time it's art class,I would sit on the table nearest to the window and this picture hangs directly above the blackboard.I miss my art teacher Miss Maddox and of course, the dashing Mr Daniel. They always encouraged me to draw whatever that was on my mind and to not be afraid of being myself.Seems like I've thrown away their advice.I wonder what they'll say to me if we meet again.

Cause I'm Cool.

I finally decided to have twitter. How lame am I? *laughs* But hey,my level of lameness just went down.I'm one of the cool kids now *wink wink* My friends were shocked to find out that I have Twitter.Felt extremely lame then but decided to shrug it of.Imma gonna stalk Niall Horan's Twitter now *fangirl scream*

Change

Time is ticking by ever so slowly...

 VIA KHADIJAHSABIRAH
My result for my last semester in CFS (insyaAllah) will be coming out this June.My actual feelings? So damn nervous.I wish I could act all cool and confident about it but I can't.Somehow I feel like I've screwed up big time and I so badly hope that I did not.I really don't wanna repeat my CFS year. The pride of being an exempted student doing her foundation in 1 year is just too big.I really really wanna go to the Gombak campus for my next semester.I know that The Almighty is the Most Merciful of all and I really hope that my prayers will be granted. My faith lies in You and only You.I know that You will give what's best for me and insyaAllah,I'll gladly accept it.

Reality

That girl in the mirror, she's disgusting.I can't even fathom the things that she has done.It doesn't even fit her image. She makes me feel so disgusted. What the hell were she thinking?Did she think that everything will be okay if she just run away from all of her problem?Did she think that this so called mirage that is clouding her eyes is actually real?Wake up!Realise your mistakes and repent. You make me sick every single day.Change yourself, please.

Spaghetti Anyone?

via kuroi-himitsu
Staying at home has made me feel like a contestant of Master Chef.So far I've learnt how to make tom yam (Malaysian style),Indian curry and spaghetti bolognese.Oh and not forgetting my disastrous pavlovas.Need to work on that...I made the spaghetti sauce from scratch by the way.Blended my own tomatoes *smug face* Gotta give credits to Jamie Oliver for that recipe.Staying at home has also made me a big fan of AFC (Asian Food Channel). It's strangely addicting and my mother is pissed at the weight she has gained from all the food that me and my sister have made. She made chocolate molten cake today. So heavenly...

Mosquitos Are Attacking Me

I think sitting at home and not doing anything productive has made me a lazy slob...I've been doing nothing except for eating desserts made by my eldest sister while watching disney movies. It's kinda pathetic actually.I should go easy on my sugar intake since I've realised that I've been constantly ambushed by mosquitos..

A Little Too Much Syrup.

It's been such a long time since anyone made pancakes or waffles and the maple syrup in our house has been left to sit quietly at the back of our fridge. My solution;make waffles for breakfast!!And so I did and I think I made a little too much cause we've been eating waffles for breakfast for 3 days now.A bit extreme huh?

Should I Plaster A Smile Over My Face 24/7?

I hate it when people think I'm moody just because I don't have a smile on my face.Just because I look 'moody' or emotionless doesn't mean that I'm sad.Smiling and laughing requires all of your face muscles to work together and do you know how tiring it is to smile all the time, especially when you don't feel like it?And I didn't make that up either.Next time,I'll draw a smiling mouth on a piece of paper and tape it to my face, okay?Whether I'm happy or not,is my problem, not yours. People... *rolls eyes*

I Remember Every Word You Said

You never failed to get in my head :)

Thoughts...

I want a cat...A grey, fluffy cat with yellow eyes.I'll buy it a red collar with bells on it *smiles* I tried making pavlova today.I failed miserably.Perhaps it was the temperature...?

Hey,are you awake? If you are,are you thinking of me?

Where is God?

Faith is man's greatest connection to Him.

I read a post regarding the existence of God and thought that I should share with you guys this.Perhaps it's the fact that I was a brought up as a Muslim and grew up with the perception of not questioning the existence of God but yeah,it never occur to me to question His existence. That is the special thing called faith. When you have faith in Him,you won't doubt Him.No one has ever asked me how do I know God existed?I've never had the opportunity to share my answer with people but after reading the post earlier on,I realised that I have another answer to add to my belief if anyone should ask me about God's existence.Enjoy :)

Professor : You are a Muslim, aren’t you, son ?
Student : Yes, sir.
Professor: So, you believe in GOD ?
Student : Absolutely, sir.
Professor : Is GOD good ?
Student : Sure.
Professor: Is GOD all powerful ?
Student : Yes.
Professor: My brother died of cancer even though he prayed to GOD to heal him. Most of us would attempt to help others who are ill. But GOD didn’t. How is this GOD good then? Hmm?

(Student was silent.)

Professor: You can’t answer, can you ? Let’s start again, young fella. Is GOD good?Student : Yes.Professor: Is satan good ?
Student : No.
Professor: Where does satan come from ?
Student : From … GOD …
Professor: That’s right. Tell me son, is there evil in this world?
Student : Yes.
Professor: Evil is everywhere, isn’t it ? And GOD did make everything. Correct?
Student : Yes.
Professor: So who created evil ?

(Student did not answer.)

Professor: Is there sickness? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness? All these terrible things exist in the world, don’t they?
Student : Yes, sir.
Professor: So, who created them ?

(Student had no answer.)

Professor: Science says you have 5 Senses you use to identify and observe the world around you. Tell me, son, have you ever seen GOD?
Student : No, sir.
Professor: Tell us if you have ever heard your GOD?
Student : No , sir.
Professor: Have you ever felt your GOD, tasted your GOD, smelt your GOD? Have you ever had any sensory perception of GOD for that matter?
Student : No, sir. I’m afraid I haven’t.
Professor: Yet you still believe in Him?
Student : Yes.
Professor : According to Empirical, Testable, Demonstrable Protocol, Science says your GOD doesn’t exist. What do you say to that, son?
Student : Nothing. I only have my faith.
Professor: Yes, faith. And that is the problem Science has.
Student : Professor, is there such a thing as heat?
Professor: Yes.
Student : And is there such a thing as cold?
Professor: Yes.
Student : No, sir. There isn’t.

(The lecture theatre became very quiet with this turn of events.)

Student : Sir, you can have lots of heat, even more heat, superheat, mega heat, white heat, a little heat or no heat. But we don’t have anything called cold. We can hit 458 degrees below zero which is no heat, but we can’t go any further after that. There is no such thing as cold. Cold is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat. We cannot measure cold. Heat is energy. Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absence of it.

(There was pin-drop silence in the lecture theater.)

Student : What about darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as darkness?
Professor: Yes. What is night if there isn’t darkness?
Student : You’re wrong again, sir. Darkness is the absence of something. You can have low light, normal light, bright light, flashing light. But if you have no light constantly, you have nothing and its called darkness, isn’t it? In reality, darkness isn’t. If it is, were you would be able to make darkness darker, wouldn’t you?
Professor: So what is the point you are making, young man ?
Student : Sir, my point is your philosophical premise is flawed.
Professor: Flawed ? Can you explain how?
Student : Sir, you are working on the premise of duality. You argue there is life and then there is death, a good GOD and a bad GOD. You are viewing the concept of GOD as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, Science can’t even explain a thought. It uses electricity and magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one. To view death as the opposite of life is to be ignorant of the fact that death cannot exist as a substantive thing.Death is not the opposite of life: just the absence of it. Now tell me, Professor, do you teach your students that they evolved from a monkey?
Professor: If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, yes, of course, I do.
Student : Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?

(The Professor shook his head with a smile, beginning to realize where the argument was going.)

Student : Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot even prove that this process is an on-going endeavor. Are you not teaching your opinion, sir? Are you not a scientist but a preacher?

(The class was in uproar.)

Student : Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the Professor’s brain?

(The class broke out into laughter. )

Student : Is there anyone here who has ever heard the Professor’s brain, felt it, touched or smelt it? No one appears to have done so. So, according to the established Rules of Empirical, Stable, Demonstrable Protocol, Science says that you have no brain, sir. With all due respect, sir, how do we then trust your lectures, sir?

(The room was silent. The Professor stared at the student, his face unfathomable.)

Professor: I guess you’ll have to take them on faith, son.
Student : That is it sir … Exactly ! The link between man & GOD is FAITH. That is all that keeps things alive and moving.

Hello Stranger :)

Angry bird gobbled your head...

I just realised that we've been through a lot from the very first beginning we met till now.And I'm not referring to us just being boyfriend and girlfriend,no,I meant that even as bestfriends we've been through thick and thin and we're still together. That says a lot to me *smiles* I'm glad that you're not just my boyfriend but my teacher and my bestfriend. It's nice to know that I can be silly with you and yet still have intellectual talks with you. You're like my Usui Takumi for Ayuzawa-chan.That's a nice thought *laughs* Okay now I'm just blabbing so I'll shut up now...

You Know It's Time For Freedom Baby!

Cause we're cool B-)
After endless learning and vigorous studying,my semester has finally come to an end.My final examination has ended and holiday embraces me with joy.Now all that's left to do is wait for the day when my result will tell me of my future.Ya Allah, please give me the strength and patience to accept all that you have decided for me,for only you know what's best for me.
Most of all,I will remember all the good and bad memories that have coloured my life throughout my stay in CFS.All the friends I've made, the lecturers that have taught me,the memorable Block A,the scary looking Pakcik who introduced me Kuey Teow Kung Fu for the first time in my life, the nice Makcik Bakso who made the best Bakso ever, the Noodle Station at Giant in Nilai that became our get-away haven, the awesome dorm rooms in Nilai, the smelly and ancient SMAWP classrooms, the short jungle-trekking path from SMAWP to Block E,the depressing and haunted look of Mahallah Aisyah, the flooded toilet decorated with unknown clothing of strangers and best of all,the Ali Bistro dude who has a major crush on you Nad *wink wink*

P.S. I can't wait for Gombak!! *squeals hysterically*
