The Baker.

Busy busy busy! Though I certainly did not forget to bake some goodies for Eid. So for this year's Eid, my most beloved mother asked us to bake some simple delicacy for our guest since we wont be around at home that much, hence something that will kind of last long. I was hoping to post the recipe on here but the recipe is with my sister and I didn't really remember all of it except for the Victorian Sponge Cake. Hontoni gomenasai!! >_< 

Victorian Sponge Cake:

150g self-raising flour

150g caster sugar

150g margarine

3 eggs

2 tsp vanilla essence

4 tbsp maple syrup

Filling; strawberry jam and whipped cream

P.s. I will definitely ask my sister for the recipe.
